COMPANY MANAGEMENT

André Holzer

The Founder and Director of LANDCO S.A., General Director of AgroBioTech LLC.

In 2005, Mr. Holzer founded LANDCO S.A., where he has since served as the CEO. He has also been CEO of Agrobiotech since 2008. During this period, Mr. Holzer oversaw the creation of one of Europe’s leading biogas engineering centres and obtained technology patents on the complex processing of waste into clean water, biogas and fertilisers. Between 2009 and 2011, he headed a group of companies, led by Agrobiotech, to implement biogas projects in Russia.

Mr. Holzer is a member of the Environmental Group Coordinating Council at the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the North-West Federal District.

Dr. Reinhard Kohleick

Shareholder and scientific director of LANDCO S.A., with experience in direct investment.

As shareholder and scientific director of LANDCO SA., Dr. Kohleick has more than 17 years of experience in direct investment, including 16 years in Russia.

He has served as Director of Quadriga Capital Russia’s St. Petersburg office since 1995, becoming Managing Partner of the firm in 1998.

Prior to joining Quadriga, Dr. Kohleick worked at CWB Capital Partners (Frankfurt) and Deutsche Bank AG (Wuppertal).
